Chaining anchors

Linking a sequence of anchors so that firing the first triggers a chain reaction through successive states.

Chaining is used when the gap between a client's current state and desired state is too large for a single anchor to bridge. The trainer installs intermediate states (for example: frustration -> curiosity -> focus -> confidence) and fires them in sequence. Each anchor releases as the next fires, building momentum through the chain.
