Anchor stacking

Building a stronger anchor by associating multiple instances of the same state with the same trigger.

Anchor stacking compounds intensity. The trainer elicits the desired state several times from different memories or contexts, applying the same trigger at each peak. The trigger then carries the combined intensity of every stacked elicitation. Stacking is used when a single elicitation produces a weak state or when a client needs the anchor to hold up under pressure.
