We hire slowly.
Slower than most.
The whole team is 22 people. Adding the 23rd will take 4 months — interviews, paid trial week, conversations with our ethics board, and a final round with whichever practitioner you'd partner with most. We post salary bands. We don't do "competitive comp."
Six things we mean.
We default to writing. We also do real meetings — short ones, with humans, on cameras.
If a recurring meeting can be skipped two weeks running without anyone noticing, we cancel it. Time is honored.
Bands are public. Within a band, we anchor to experience. No 'haggling' tax on under-represented hires.
Average team usage last year: 5.4 weeks. We chase this number up.
Marketing is one person, writing thoughtfully. Sales is the founders, until it isn't.
We meet in person four times a year, somewhere meaningful. Last one was in Goa. Next is Lisbon.
Four roles. Four hiring managers.
Own the inference pipeline that powers the AI co-pilot. You'll work directly with our clinical board on what the AI does — and what it refuses to do.
Half your week running a real practice on the platform. Half your week shaping the product roadmap with the team. We invented this role because we needed it.
Own the client-side mobile experience end to end. We are looking for someone who cares about how a real person feels at 7am when they open the app.
Take over from Sara (who's transitioning to advisor). Own moderation, practitioner verification, and the relationship with our ethics board.
